A.S.O.A. Home Care Services is committed to providing dependable, compassionate non-medical home care. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled according to the terms outlined below.

Service Payments

Payments are due as outlined in the Client Service Agreement. Services are billed based on scheduled care hours and agreed-upon rates.

Cancellations

Clients must provide advance notice for cancellations as stated in their service agreement.

Cancellations made within the required notice period will not be charged.
Late cancellations or same-day cancellations may be subject to a charge.

Missed Visits

If a caregiver arrives as scheduled and services are refused or the client is unavailable, the visit may be billed as scheduled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Documented billing errors
Overpayment
Agency cancellation of scheduled services

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.

Non-Refundable Services

Services already provided are non-refundable. Care hours completed as scheduled cannot be refunded.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment, when possible.
